As a Registered Psychotherapist, I offer compassionate, confidential and professional therapeutic services that promote healing, well-being and growth. I work hard to create a comfortable space that allows you to come as you are to process and work through your emotions, thoughts, and experiences while integrating coping strategies and self-compassion. My goal is to help you build a more nurturing relationship with yourself and cultivate deeper connections with those around you.
My therapeutic approach is client centered and trauma informed. I believe that we all have different paths to healing and my role is to help support you along your journey. Healing looks different for everyone, and with empathy and compassion I aim to help you find a way forward that works for you.
Offering virtual counselling therapy services to those living across Canada
Peaks and Pines acknowledge that we live, work, and play on the traditional territory of the Neutral, Anishnaabe, Haudenosaunee and Eeyou Istchee people.
Today, this area remains home to many Indigenous people from across Turtle Island, As settlers, it is crucial that we acknowledge the contributions and historic significance of Indigenous peoples and actively commit to making the promise and challenge of Truth and Reconciliation a reality in our communities. This includes striving for justice for murdered and missing Indigenous women and girls across our country
The photos used on this website were taken on the traditional territory of the Eeyou Istchee and Sḵwx̱wú7mesh Úxwumixw (Squamish Nation).
We are committed to ONGOING decolonizing work.
